Attendance Guidelines

  1. All spectators must sit in designated Home and Visitor areas only. Spectators are not allowed on the field/court/playing surface.
  2. All children in 6th grade and lower must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. No outside food or drinks allowed.
  4. No re-entry is allowed.
  5. All spectators must exit the facility immediately after the event and proceed to their vehicle.
  6. Spectators are prohibited from entering the playing field, court, or other restricted athletic areas.
Any attendee who does not abide by these regulations may be asked to leave and could be restricted from attending future competitions


Winters ISD Spectator Ejection & Suspension Policy

In the event that a spectator supporting Winters ISD is ejected from an athletic contest,
WISD Athletics may take the following measures to assure that future athletic contests
are safe and enjoyable experiences for athletes, coaches, and spectators. The following
repercussions will not be taken lightly and are all subject to administrators discretion:

- IF EJECTED FROM A CONTEST, WISD MAY SUSPEND A FAN FROM AT LEAST
THE NEXT ATHLETIC CONTEST, HOME, AWAY OR BOTH.
- IF EJECTED FROM AN ADDITIONAL CONTEST (2ND EJECTION), WISD MAY
SUSPEND A FAN FROM AT LEAST THE REMAINING CONTESTS IN THAT
PARTICULAR SPORTS SEASON, HOME, AWAY, OR BOTH.
- IF EJECTED FROM 3 ATHLETIC CONTESTS IN THE SAME CALENDAR YEAR,
WISD MAY SUSPEND A FAN FROM AT LEAST THE REMAINING CONTESTS IN
THAT PARTICULAR CALENDAR YEAR.

Additionally, in accordance with Texas Senate Bill 2929 (SB 2929), if fan behavior is an
issue, Winters ISD may deny entry for all fans to any particular game to ensure we
maintain good standing with the UIL and TASO.
